Warrior your way through your worry.
Say that 5 times fast!
Worry is a vibration that stems from fear. Fear keeps our nervous system on high alert and in sympathetic overdrive. Our nervous system is our messaging system. Every vertebra nerve bundle in our spine sends messages to the organs, the endocrine glands, or the body parts that are linked to its nerve pathways.
We all know when our cell phones have a disruption in service. Imagine that tension patterns, in your neck or back, can cause disruption in service to the communication your cells need to thrive. In a similar way, this increases pressure in the body and leads to dysfunction and pain. If you are having pain, it needs to be addressed.
Pain often has an emotional component wired to it, as well as a physical or mental, or spiritual connection. We need our back and neck muscles to be flexible so that they are not compressing on our spine, which causes blockages in our flow systems. Emotion is a flow system and releasing or calming worry is important to reducing tension in the body that may be contributing to pain.
