We offer a range of therapeutic Body Work treatments to help you feel rejuvenated and balanced. Our experienced practitioners are dedicated to helping you achieve optimal health and wellness through personalized Body Work sessions.

Our Body Work Services Include:

Massage Therapy: Our massage therapists use a variety of techniques, including Swedish, deep tissue, and sports massage, to relieve tension and pain, improve circulation, and promote relaxation.

Deep Tissue Work: Deep tissue work is a massage technique that uses firm pressure and slow strokes to target the deeper layers of muscles and fascia (connective tissue). It can be effective in relieving chronic muscle tension and reducing inflammation.

Myofascial Release: Myofascial release is a technique that targets the fascia (connective tissue) surrounding muscles and organs. Using sustained pressure and stretching, this technique can help to release tension and improve mobility.

Neuromuscular Therapy: Neuromuscular therapy is a specialized form of deep tissue massage that targets the nervous system and specific areas of muscle tension. It can be effective in reducing pain and improving range of motion.

Trigger Point Therapy: Trigger point therapy targets specific areas of muscle tension, known as trigger points, through the application of pressure and massage. It can be effective in reducing pain and improving range of motion.

Active and Passive Stretching: Active and passive stretching are techniques used to improve flexibility and mobility. Active stretching involves the client actively moving their body through a range of motion, while passive stretching involves the practitioner gently stretching the client’s muscles.

Sports Massage: Sports massage is a form of deep tissue massage that is tailored specifically to athletes and those engaging in physical activity. It can be effective in reducing muscle soreness, improving range of motion, and preventing injury.

When you book a Body Work session with us, you’ll have the opportunity to work with one of our skilled practitioners, who will customize the treatment to meet your specific needs and goals.
