In this Mind Food segment of Episode 10, The Pleasure Principle, we ponder what it is to be at our edge or at our center.
Feeling centered, calm, empowered — these are all states of being that each of us have within. The key is to recognize it and appreciate it when we are there (at our Center). That means, noticing when you have pleasure by just being the better part of you.
AND we need to know how to return to center when we are at our edge. Being at the edge can also be pleasurable as it challenges us in all sorts of ways.
