• Pleasure is only from sex and is selfish. FICTION 
• Pleasure is a principle to live by. Our bodies are built for pleasure. FACT
• My Philosophy: Pleasure is the empowerment energy that boosts our confidence and unplugs us from pain, shame and blame.

When we feel pleasure, our body chemistry changes.
