Dry brushing has become an important part of my self care. Â As I brush my
skin, it reminds me of how grateful I am to be healthy and well.
If you are thinking “oh great, one more thing to do in my day”,  I would invite
you to think differently! Self care is meant to be enjoyed. Â It is all in the way
you perceive it. Â Look into your mind at your perception and ask how can
you view it differently? Â How can your perception be different and serve
you well?
 Gratitude is the fastest way to change your perception.
Practice gratitude in all of the little things that you do. Â In time it
will become a natural state of mind and will support you in your daily
efforts with self care.
