Dry brushing has become an important part of my self care. As I brush my
skin, it reminds me of how grateful I am to be healthy and well.
If you are thinking “oh great, one more thing to do in my day”, I would invite
you to think differently! Self care is meant to be enjoyed. It is all in the way
you perceive it. Look into your mind at your perception and ask how can
you view it differently? How can your perception be different and serve
Gratitude is the fastest way to change your perception.
Practice gratitude in all of the little things that you do. In time it
will become a natural state of mind and will support you in your daily
efforts with self care.
