I suggest buying a Skin Brush that is made from natural, NOT synthetic, bristles.  It should also have a long handle so you can reach your back!

Skin Brushing should be performed once a day before you shower.

Begin brushing your skin in long sweeping strokes starting from the bottom of your feet upwards then move to the ankles, calves, thighs, tummy, arms, and hands.

Make sure you brush down your armpit.  This is an important place because the lymphatic system is easily clogged there from wearing bras!

**Always brush towards the heart.

And avoid sensitive areas such as your face!

Next take a nice shower or bath and enjoy.

Once you get into the routine of skin brushing you’ll start to look forward and enjoy it!
