This is a hard one, especially during the summer for most people!  Let’s face it, it’s nice to cool off with a Pina Colada or Strawberry Daquari when it’s warm out.  The problem is if you do this too much.

Everyone is different. If you have 2 drinks and wake up not feeling well than it is 2 drinks too many. Not everyone metabolizes alcohol the same way and some people are much more sensitive to its effects.  The key? Everything in moderation but remember– moderation is different for all of us.
