It’s time to cleanse and refresh your Emotional Brew!
TIP: The more you get into the habit of doing this, the better your “brew” will be.
Here’s your Emotional Brew recipe for this week:
Take a week off from exposure to social media and the news.
If your emotional brew feeds on the drama of social media and the news, well then, I have some “news” for you: YOU are responsible for the constant addition of toxicity to your mind and body.
I challenge you to take a week off from the toxicity: no social media, no news in any format.
During that week, as your anxiety rises from not being connected, tune into yourself. Turn inward and turn on your beat, pulse and rhythm to raise your vibrations!
RELEASE all the old toxic brew with laughter, crying, or physical movement and sweat.
My favorite way to sweat is with intentional dancing. I set an intention and move it through my body until I’m drenched; then I might cry or laugh. It depends on the brew that is stirring inside of me.
You can also try journaling – pour out what you are feeling and why, with the vibrations of your words.
