Sooooo… What is happening with your Emotional Brew?

Here is why I’m asking about your Emotional Brew.

If your Emotional Brew is topsy turvy, splishing and splashing over the brim and into everyone else, then it’s time to clean it up.

Try this “recipe” for a fresh brew!

Ingredients: You + Nature


  1. Get out in nature!
  2. Put your bare feet on the earth or in the water.
  3. Let the electron transfer from nature flow into your body. This will reduce inflammation and raise your vibration. Remember, negative emotions create acidity and low vibrations.
  4. Get out of your head and into your body. THAT is the best medicine when the mind is heavy with burdens and over thinking.
  5. Try moving that through your body with some intentional dancing or a brisk walk. Once emotion moves, the body flows.
