Do you know if you are under pressure or in resistance?
Being under pressure or being in resistance is like a vise grip on your flow systems. Blood, nerve, and lymph flow are all affected, as well as digestive flow and hormonal balance.
It is the mind that creates these restrictions in the body, and the restrictions create physical ills.
Take a moment – breathe, feel, move.
Let go of your need to control anything, resist anything, and just try listening or moving to a great song. (See my suggestion below – Freddie and David are in top form!)
If you feel like you are on the edge of your light, let me know.
I’ve traveled back and forth many times. The answer has always been to receive, hold, and share my light.
Body Talk may help you find your light again.
Meanwhile, I think Freddie and David have traveled back and forth and now reside in their greatest form of light. Watch them sing “Under Pressure” and let it all out! (Video below.)
“Love dares you to care for the people on the edge of the light…”
Tammy Says: Breathe’s refreshing aroma makes it one of my favorite oils for calming the senses and creating easy breathing.
Breathe can be applied topically to the chest, back, or bottom of feet to assist when seasonal or environmental threats are high.
Diffuse at bedtime for a restful night’s sleep.
Use when outdoors to help minimize the effects of seasonal threats.
